Interactive Campaigns - some GOOD, BAD, and UGLY

Here are some case studies on some relatively recent digital campaigns I thought I'd share.  See the Good, Bad and the Ugly in action:

GOOD
Nike Take Mokum and the Nike Run House in Amsterdam - online/offline
http://bit.ly/jCGtey
GOOD because it's a beautiful local celebration of art, of city, and the love of running.

MORE GOOD, and a little BAD
Coca-Cola in Israel:  The Recycling King (using Facebook Places) - Be global, act local
http://bit.ly/keIxXh
GOOD because it's a celebration of mobilizing people for a good cause.
BAD because their 'Recycling King' crown feels like a Burger King ripoff ;-)

UGLY
Nestlé:  The Jesus KIT KAT Viral Campaign | Digital Buzz Blog
http://bit.ly/kyagM9
UGLY because (IMHO) it uses mockery as a viral tool.  Just another form of bullying really.  What?  Can't take a joke.  Sure I can Nestlé, just leave the religious zealots out of it and create candy bar cure for diabetes would ya?

Some other notables:

GOOD
Lacta Chocolate: Facebook Campaign Case Study - insight-driven idea | Digital Buzz Blog
http://bit.ly/jMRzwa
GOOD because of it's regional cultural/consumer relevance clearly resonating with Greek lovers in local markets.

UGLY but DAMN GOOD
You think riots are scary?  42 Entertainment promoting Dark Knight a couple years ago.
Alternative Reality campaign on YouTube - Why so serious? - Case study
http://bit.ly/m1UP6a
UGLY because of the makeup.  DAMN GOOD because of the brilliant (and frightening) mobilization of fandome.  Love these guys and their ARGantics.
