This June, the B.C. Brain Injury Association (BCBIA) will be holding its AGM.
As a BCBIA board member, I'm excited to say 2016 has been a very productive year.
We'll be sharing the highlights and offering a taste of what we have planned for 2017.

Join us for the BCBIA's Annual General Meeting! By attending the meeting you will have a chance to learn more about what goes on behind the efforts of the BCBIA, share in last year's milestones, meet other BCBIA members and connect with others in the brain injury community.

Your support allows BCBIA to continue key initiatives, including:
  • Enhancing Brainstreams.ca - giving families immediate web access to trusted and reliable information,  services, and resources for people with brain injuries
  • Helping to navigate the system - by addressing inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Connecting people - giving people with brain injuries, their families and caregivers the opportunity to easily ask questions and to network with others who are having similar life experiences
  • Empowering professionals and families - referring individuals to resources that are always available, trustworthy, and up-to-date Conducting essential research - helping to increase awareness and understanding of brain injury, as an ever-changing and important social and cultural issue

Parking
Access the Roundhouse’s underground parking off Drake Street or Pacific Avenue. Parking before 6pm is $2.75 an hour. Anytime after that is a flat rate of $4. There is also street parking and other underground parkades on Davie Street and Marina side Crescent. The closest bus stop is Davie Street and Pacific Boulevard.
